Ways to work together

Marketing strategy and audit with a clear deliverable

A scoped project with a deadline and a price agreed up front. At the end you have a document you can act on, not a deck for the drawer.

from €950Exact price by scope, agreed before we start.

When a project makes sense

It makes sense if

  • you have a specific thing to move and you want it done by a date,
  • you do not know whether the problem sits in campaigns, in the offer or in the price,
  • you are preparing a launch and want a plan before the budget is gone,
  • you have an in-house marketer or an agency and they lack direction.

Probably not if

  • you want someone to run and watch campaigns daily. That is a retainer.
  • you have one question and want an answer. That is a consultation, faster and cheaper.
  • you are looking for hands to execute without being able to move the direction.

If you are not sure which step is yours, write to me. On the first call it usually becomes obvious within minutes, and you pay nothing for it.

What a project solves

Depending on what your marketing should change. Behind every number is a real engagement.

01 · Earn more

Where the money you are not getting sits. Offer, price, the path to purchase and the channels with the best chance of delivering.

From a real engagement

Real estate development: 40 apartments sold in phase one, 43 % above an ambitious target.

02 · Waste less

Where the budget leaks. An independent look at campaigns, channels and measurement. What to stop, what to fix, where to move the money.

From a real engagement

Ergonomic chairs: stock sold out twice and up to 38 % of the marketing budget saved.

03 · Move faster

What sets you apart and what to do first. Positioning, priorities and a plan that stops the endless circular debates.

From a real engagement

Luxury villas: project awareness +586 %, interest +367 % on a limited budget.

While doing it I look at customer acquisition as a system of five parts: acquisition, conversion, follow-up, sales and loyalty. Most companies only have the first one working, and the hole sits behind it.

What a project includes

Includes

  • A kick-off conversation and gathering inputs from you and your data
  • An audit of what runs today: campaigns, channels, measurement, offer, price
  • A written deliverable with priorities and concrete steps
  • A live presentation where we go through it together
  • A handover to your team or agency so they know what to do
  • Two rounds of feedback on the deliverable

Does not include

  • Running and managing campaigns day to day
  • Producing creative, copy and video
  • Media buying and handling your media budget
  • Ongoing evaluation after handover. That is a retainer.

How it works

  1. 01

    A no-strings call

    30 minutes

You say what needs to move. I say whether I can do it and what I would do. If I cannot help, I say so straight away.

  2. 02

    Brief and price

    within three working days

You get the scope, deliverable, deadline and price in writing. Until you approve it, you pay nothing and I start nothing.

  3. 03

    The work

two to six weeks by scope

Inputs, analysis, conversations with your team. I check in along the way so you are not waiting in silence.

  4. 04

    Handover

    on the agreed date

Written deliverable, a live presentation and two rounds of feedback. You leave knowing what to do first.

Price

from €950

  • Exact price by scope, agreed and confirmed before we start.
  • Invoiced in two parts: half at the start, half on delivery.
  • You never pay twice. The consultation fee is credited against the project.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT.

What people ask about projects

01How do I know the price up front?

I quote after the first call, in writing, together with the scope and the deadline. Until you approve it, you pay nothing and I start nothing. The price does not grow during the work unless we agree on a bigger scope.

02What if it turns out the problem is elsewhere?

I say so immediately, not in the final deliverable. If it means changing the scope, we agree before the extra work happens. It happens, and it is usually the most valuable part of the project.

03Will my team be able to work with the deliverable?

Yes, that is what it is built for. It is written, we go through it live, and it is written so that someone who was not there can still act on it.

04How long does it take?

Two to six weeks from receiving the inputs, depending on scope. The deadline is part of the brief, not an estimate.

05Can I continue on a retainer afterwards?

Yes, and it is a common case. They do not overlap. The project says what to do, the retainer keeps it running and tunes it against the numbers.
