What data I process and why
Through the contact form I process your name, e-mail and the content of your message. The sole purpose is handling your inquiry and communication about possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent expressed by submitting the form.
How long I keep the data
As long as needed to handle the inquiry and follow-up communication, at most 24 months from the last contact. If cooperation starts, data is further processed as needed for the contractual relationship.
Who has access
Form messages are delivered by the Resend e-mail service and the site runs on Vercel. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. The site uses no marketing cookies or ad tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object. Just write to kuzmiak@marekting.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
