What data I process and why

Through the contact form I process your name, e-mail, optionally your phone, company or website, the topics you select, your preferred meeting format and date, and the text you write. The sole purpose is handling your inquiry and communication about possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent expressed by submitting the form.

Besides the e-mail notification, the inquiry is stored in a database so it is not lost if the e-mail service fails. Only I have access to it.

If you request the Zákazníkomat diagram, I process only your e-mail, for a single purpose: sending it to you. It is not a newsletter sign-up and you will receive no further mail from me.

How long I keep the data

As long as needed to handle the inquiry and follow-up communication, at most 24 months from the last contact. If cooperation starts, data is further processed as needed for the contractual relationship.

Who has access

Form messages are delivered by the Resend e-mail service, inquiries are stored in a Supabase database (EU servers) and the site runs on Vercel. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

The site uses no marketing cookies or ad tracking. Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies. On top of that I record whether a visitor saw the contact form, started filling it in and submitted it. The visitor is identified by a daily hash of the IP address and browser, from which the IP cannot be recovered and which changes every day.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object. Just write to kuzmiak@marekting.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
